Warranty Policies:

Apex provides a limited warranty on all its Dragon Boat Paddles, guaranteeing against manufacturing and workmanship faults.

DURABLADE WARRANTY:

In the very unlikely event that your Apex Durablade Paddle requires replacement or repair within three years of purchase, please read the following and then contact us at info@apexpaddles.com

1. The paddle blade is guaranteed for 3 years, against damage caused by defect or normal use.

2. The paddle shaft is guaranteed for manufacturer defect for 3 years. In the unlikely event that a shaft breaks for other reasons, it can be replaced for $20.00 CAD.

3. Apex Composites warrants to the original owner that the product incorporates only the highest quality materials and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for three years.

4. Apex Composite's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective paddle. The paddle must be shipped prepaid to our facility. In no event shall Apex Composites be liable for incidental expense or consequential damages of any kind.

5. Paddle must have been purchased from Apex or an "Authorized Apex Paddle Dealer".

6. The paddle must be returned in its entirety, accompanied by the original proof of purchase and paddle serial number noted.

7. Replacement or repair will be at the sole discretion of Apex Composites Inc.

8. All shipping and handling costs of repaired or replaced paddles is the responsibility of the customer.

ACCELERATOR & ULTIMATE WARRANTY:

In the very unlikely event that your Apex Accelerator or Ultimate Paddle requires replacement or repair within one year of purchase, please read the following and then contact us at info@apexpaddles.com

1. Apex Composites warrants to the original owner that the product incorporates only the highest quality materials and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year.

2. Apex Composite's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective paddle. The paddle must be shipped prepaid to our facility. In no event shall Apex Composites be liable for incidental expense or consequential damages of any kind.

3. Paddle must have been purchased from Apex or an "Authorized Apex Paddle Dealer".

4. The paddle must be returned in its entirety, accompanied by the original proof of purchase and paddle serial number noted.
